HOME THEATER EVENT: Thursday, October 16th from 4-9pm, The Sound Environment (Rockbrook Village Center, 11021 Elm St. Omaha, NE) will host an event featuring 10 manufacturer representatives, including Esoteric, Runco, Transparent and Wilson Audio. There will be six ongoing presentations in different rooms, with sessions scheduled about every half hour. There will be opportunities to preview some of the latest advancements in Home Theater technology. Refreshments will be served. We promise a fun and informative evening. Below are photos from various events that were held at our Omaha showroom, including the Regency Teen Movie Night and the Redbull Formula 1 Party. The Sound Environment is proud to host various unique events throughout the year. We recently hosted a screening of locally produced short film 20/20, by artist/filmmaker Evan Blakey and producer Stephen Sheehan. That film is now archived in our main theater and can be viewed upon request. We also host periodic pre-CD release parties in conjunction with Homer's Records.

MUSIC MATTERS EVENT:
On Thursday May 22nd, The Sound Environment hosted an event with Wilson Audio, Boulder Amplifiers and Transparent Cable at our Omaha location. The event introduced the Wilson Thor’s Hammer sub-woofer, the Boulder 1021 CD player and the new MM-2 cables from Transparent.

The amazing Boulder CD player was a preproduction model available to us for only a few days. We will have a production model as soon as possible. The top of the line Boulder 2010 preamplifier and 2060 amplifier will remain on display until mid-June and the Thor's Hammer is a permanent addition to our collection.
The new dCS Puccini CD player did arrive and is in use with the Boulder 865 integrated amplifier and Wilson Sophias. This is the system on which Brad O'Toole demonstrated the new MM2 Transparent cables. Both of these CD players are excellent but offer different facilities.
