DCS VISITS THE SOUND ENVIRONMENT
This past week we had the pleasure of welcoming Emron Mangelson to our showrooms once again. Emron is Head of Sales, North America for dCS. We feel that dCS offers the best digital to analog converters available. We have heard many. To let dCS DACs open up and really do what they can do they must be accompanied by appropriate Transparent Cables/power conditioning and HRS isolation devices. We know what to use to give the best, most cost-effective results.
With Emron we explored what the Vivaldi Upsampler can do for the Vivaldi DAC system. The improvement was clearly apparent, but the most astounding thing was getting a deeper understanding of the Lina DAC. Emron brought along a Lina that can be disassembled, showing the incredible build quality and clever design steps taken to create a DAC at this level of performance in a small package.
A LOOK INSIDE THE LINA – MORE ON LINA HERE
We already knew the Lina was a great performer but dCS engineers have put together their most affordable DAC without giving up anything dCS stands for. The Lina incorporates the famous dCS Ring DAC. The Ring DAC is easily software upgradable for the lifetime of the DAC. The Lina incorporates a unique ‘folded up’ single circuit board and robust power supply. It is amazing in construction and performance. Start with Lina and if you wish upgrade as your pocketbook allows and passion dictates.
Hear the Lina now in our Kansas City Showroom – soon in Omaha.
