ERROR OR DAMAGE
Please call us right away at (402) 391-3842 or email us if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, a description of what happened, and photos. We will let you know what to do next.
If the box is severely damaged when delivered to the point that you think the component inside has also incurred damage, we advise you to refuse the delivery. The carrier has no responsibility for damage if the package is signed for.
Signatures upon delivery will be required unless otherwise noted by the buyer.
We offer a return for a full refund or store credit if the product is defective, for up to 15 days from the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Warranty policies vary by vendor and product type. Please contact us for help and details.
If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns will be processed within 48-hours of receiving your item we will send you a notification email once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment and typically take up to 30 days to process. This timeframe may vary according to your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
